What You’ll Bring:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
• Previous experience working with school-aged children or in pediatric settings
• Strong understanding of IEP/504 processes, documentation, and goal-setting
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Dedication to fostering students’ independence and maximizing their participation in the school environment

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations for students referred for OT services
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ needs and educational goals
• Delivering direct and consultative OT interventions in classroom and small group settings
• Maintaining detailed records, progress notes, and compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Collaborating closely with educators and families to ensure comprehensive support
• Contributing actively to IEP meetings and assist with transition planning as needed
