School Occupational Therapist | Mountain View, California

Make an impact by providing vital occupational therapy services to students across three supportive school settings near Mountain View, CA. This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated OT who’s motivated to deliver both direct and consultative care, working 8-hour days and supporting the growth and success of young learners.

In this position, you’ll work with approximately 22 students requiring direct occupational therapy services and consult for 13 additional students. Your expertise will help foster independence, growth, and classroom participation, making a lasting impression on students, families, and educators.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting strongly preferred
• Ability to organize and balance a caseload across multiple campuses
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Dedication to supporting students at varying levels of ability

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Provide consultative support and recommendations to staff and caregivers
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and parent communications
• Adapt interventions and collaborate with teachers to maximize classroom success
