Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid California Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L)
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple school sites
  • Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practice

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services to students per individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
  • Document services, evaluations, and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and develop effective intervention plans
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to IEP teams
