Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong ability to consult and collaborate with educators, staff, and families
• Skilled in providing direct services related to fine motor and sensory support
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Role Highlights:

• Provide consultative services and some direct interventions for approximately 25 students in one intermediate building
• Focused caseload: work mainly with students needing fine motor or sensory support
• Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to develop effective strategies for student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP processes as needed
• Flexible scheduling: work 2 full days or distribute hours over 3 days per week (within 8:05 am − 2:45 pm)
• Assignment runs from September 8, 2026, through June 16, 2027
