Key Qualifications:

• Current or pending Occupational Therapy license in Tennessee
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous pediatric or K-12 school-based experience strongly preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt interventions for diverse student needs
• Adept with IEP development, goal setting, and progress monitoring

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students' motor, self-help, sensory, and adaptive skills to determine therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with the special education team
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in accordance with IEPs
• Maintain thorough records of services, assessments, and student progress
• Educate teachers and caregivers on strategies to support classroom participation and success
• Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to eligibility and annual reviews
