Key Qualifications:

  • Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in CA
  • Previous experience with school-based occupational therapy services
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
  • Strong collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and other specialists
  • Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and adapt to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments, direct therapy, and consultative services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress toward student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering insight and recommendations for accommodations
  • Collaborate with faculty and families to support student success
  • Maintain thorough and compliant records as required by state and district guidelines
  • Promote a positive, supportive atmosphere in both group and individual sessions
