Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT licensure in California (or eligibility to obtain by start date)
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to organize caseload and balance part-time responsibilities
- Familiarity with IEP process and goal writing is beneficial
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group occupational therapy interventions for K-12 students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs
- Develop, implement, and document therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support each child’s development
- Participate in team meetings, contributing professional recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with all relevant policies
