Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure in California (or eligibility to obtain by start date)
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to organize caseload and balance part-time responsibilities
• Familiarity with IEP process and goal writing is beneficial

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group occupational therapy interventions for K-12 students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs
• Develop, implement, and document therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support each child’s development
• Participate in team meetings, contributing professional recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with all relevant policies
