Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions aligned with students’ Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment strategies to support student participation and skill development
- Partner with teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary team members to maximize student outcomes
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and IEP reports in compliance with local and federal guidelines
- Provide consultative services and training to staff and families on strategies for classroom and home environments
- Travel between assigned school sites as needed to serve a diverse student population
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and special education requirements
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
