This full-time, 40-hour-a-week position offers the chance to provide direct occupational therapy services to students at several school locations near Murrieta, CA. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions aligned with students’ Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment strategies to support student participation and skill development
  • Partner with teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary team members to maximize student outcomes
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and IEP reports in compliance with local and federal guidelines
  • Provide consultative services and training to staff and families on strategies for classroom and home environments
  • Travel between assigned school sites as needed to serve a diverse student population

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Solid understanding of IEP processes and special education requirements
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions for students with diverse needs
