Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Commitment to evidence-based interventions and individualized support plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ unique needs and develop targeted intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of needs, including fine and gross motor, sensory integration, and self-care skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal student outcomes
- Prepare detailed reports, maintain accurate case files, and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate staff and families on strategies to support student success in both classroom and home environments
