Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in South Carolina
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related documentation
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for pediatric and adolescent populations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs and foster inclusion

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver therapy services for students with various needs
• Develop, implement, and update individual treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy and consultation services within classrooms and therapy spaces
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and student reviews
• Offer training and resources to educational staff for classroom accommodations
