Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Idaho or eligibility to obtain
• Demonstrated experience working with children or adolescents, preferably within a school setting
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and relevant documentation
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists
• Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment
• Ability to assess and address sensory, fine motor, self-care, and environmental access needs for students

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine needs and develop targeted OT intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services per IEPs and team recommendations
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom
• Document and track student progress, maintaining detailed and timely records
• Engage with families to provide guidance and resources supporting student goals at school and home
• Participate in IEP meetings and staff development activities as a valued member of the team
