Key qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Eligibility for Illinois state OT licensure
- Experience in school settings, healthcare, teletherapy, or home health environments preferred

Primary responsibilities:
- Provide direct and virtual occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ functional abilities at school
- Document all sessions, progress, and correspondence accurately and timely
- Collaborate with educators, families, and allied professionals to ensure student growth and achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student planning
