This role begins August 10, 2026, and wraps up May 24, 2027, encompassing a consistent 35-hour workweek. Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Illinois
• Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings is highly preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Familiarity with IEP process and relevant state/federal regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Adaptable and organized working style to thrive in a dynamic educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for K-12 students
• Develop individualized intervention plans that align with students’ educational goals
• Provide direct therapy—both group and individual—to address fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional challenges
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP development and reviews
• Communicate progress and strategies to classroom staff and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
