Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
• Strong knowledge of school-based OT best practices
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
• Organized, resourceful, and proactive approach to caseload management

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and identify students’ needs within educational settings
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
