What you bring to the role:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license applicable for school settings
• Prior experience in school settings and/or teletherapy for Occupational Therapy
• Familiarity with enhancing both fine and gross motor skills in children
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
• Experience working alongside or supervising COTAs (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants) is a plus
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Passion for empowering young learners and supporting individualized education plans

Your primary responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students with varied needs
• Address fine and gross motor skill development through targeted interventions
• Consult with educators and families to implement practical classroom strategies
