Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT licensure in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience delivering therapy services in school settings preferred

- Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students in accordance with IEP requirements
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans targeting each student’s unique needs
- Deliver therapy sessions through a blend of onsite and virtual modalities
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and adherence to district and state compliance standards
- Consult with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
- Adapt activities and interventions to promote classroom participation and independence
