Key Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Teaching License (CDE) required
- Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) endorsement
- Experience delivering occupational therapy in a school-based setting, specifically with K-12 students, strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized OT plans to address students’ physical, sensory, or motor skill challenges that impact access to education
- Provide targeted therapy sessions for students, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines
- Track student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed to ensure goals are being met
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary support network for students
