Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Hold a current Occupational Therapist license in the state or eligibility for Delaware licensure
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and deliver individualized therapy plans
- Familiarity with IEP processes and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Effective communication skills for interacting with students, families, and staff
- Creative, flexible, and motivated to help students achieve their academic and functional goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and provide evidence-based occupational therapy to students
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering relevant expertise and support

- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Offer consultative services and training to teachers and families as needed
