Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license.
• Certification (OTR) required, with experience in pediatric or school-based environments preferred.
• Comfortable providing OT services to students ranging from elementary to high school.

• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists.
• Competence in maintaining documentation according to district and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy intervention to help students access the academic environment and achieve success.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for identified students.
• Design evidence-based treatment plans focused on motor skills, self-help strategies, and sensory integration.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other team members to integrate OT recommendations into the classroom.
• Support the development of IEPs, providing measurable goals and progress updates.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of student sessions, goals, and progress.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and professional development as required.
