Exciting contract opportunities await for experienced Occupational Therapists passionate about supporting student success in a collaborative school environment. Two positions are open onsite in the Claremont area, offering the chance to play a key role in the professional supervision and development of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) within local public schools.

You'll have the flexibility to work up to 20 hours per month per therapist, providing vital clinical supervision and guidance for up to two assigned COTAs. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality therapy services for students through careful oversight, documentation, and proactive teamwork with educational staff. Your expertise will be essential in fostering compliance, growth, and effective therapy delivery for a diverse caseload.

What you'll bring:

  • Active and current Occupational Therapist licensure in New Hampshire
  • Direct experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
  • Proven ability to thrive in school-based settings
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong commitment to documentation accuracy and ethical service delivery

Primary responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site supervision to assigned COTAs (approximately 7 hours of supervision per COTA per month)
  • Maintain compliance through timely completion of required supervision forms and administrative paperwork
  • Engage constructively with school staff and therapy teams to uphold best service practices
  • Ensure alignment with district policies and help foster a supportive learning atmosphere
  • Participate in professional discussions to enhance student outcomes
