Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and goal writing
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions for students with diverse abilities
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student participation and success
• Support students’ needs in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and classroom participation
• Maintain timely documentation, progress reports, and attend IEP meetings as required
• Provide consultative and direct services, both individually and in group settings
• Educate staff and families on strategies and accommodations to facilitate inclusion
