Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Prior experience working in school or pediatric settings highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Passion for helping elementary-aged children achieve their potential
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and individualized interventions for elementary students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
- Adapt activities and strategies to encourage student engagement and progress
