Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet individual student needs
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students referred for OT services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP/504 goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Provide consultation and training for school staff and caregivers
• Contribute to IEP meetings and required documentation
