Make a difference in the educational community as an Occupational Therapist providing essential supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) within a school district. This contract role offers a meaningful opportunity for two dedicated OTs to partner in supporting COTAs who deliver services to students across public schools on-site in the Claremont area.

Your skills will ensure high-quality, compliant therapy services and empower the next generation of therapy professionals while collaborating closely with district staff.

What you'll bring:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license, valid in New Hampshire
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising COTAs, meeting all state requirements
  • Solid background in school-based occupational therapy practice
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to providing documentation and administrative accuracy

Your impact will include:

  • Supervising up to two COTAs, providing approximately 7 hours of supervision per COTA each month (up to 20 hours monthly per OT)
  • Delivering on-site, in-person supervision as required by New Hampshire regulations
  • Completing all supervision records and maintaining up-to-date documentation
  • Collaborating with COTAs and school staff to ensure best practices in therapy delivery
  • Participating in ongoing support and compliance efforts

In addition to contributing your expertise and growing professionally, you will benefit from reimbursement for actual travel to and from Claremont, following the current IRS mileage rate.
