Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapy state license
• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential for partnership with educators, families, and students
• Previous experience in school settings is advantageous but not a requirement
• Ability to adapt skills for varied settings, including onsite, teletherapy, home health, and broader healthcare environments

What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to a diverse student population
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide whole-child support
• Create engaging, skill-building activities both in-person and through teletherapy when needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for multidisciplinary meetings and student progress reviews

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week contract position working with students across four sites. The role provides the opportunity to expand your expertise in both traditional and innovative OT delivery models, including school-based and teletherapy services.
