Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Prior school-based experience is an advantage, but not required
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based OT services in schools, home health, healthcare, and teletherapy settings
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students across four locations
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Track progress, maintain documentation, and support students in achieving their goals
