School Occupational Therapist - Norco, California

What we’re seeking:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for California
• Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Knowledge of school-based therapy practices, including IEP development and data collection
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Comfort adapting interventions to meet diverse student needs and grade levels

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students referred for OT services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
• Attend IEP meetings, contribute expertise, and collaborate on student goals
• Provide consultative support to teachers and parents regarding classroom accommodations and adaptive equipment
• Deliver both direct and indirect therapy as determined by student needs
