Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design individualized treatment plans to meet student needs

Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ functional abilities, motor skills, and adaptive needs within the educational setting
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support students’ learning and participation in the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school and district guidelines
- Provide training and resources to staff and families on interventions and strategies to support students’ development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
