Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – 2026–2027 School Year

Soliant is currently hiring multiple Occupational Therapists for school-based opportunities for the 2026–2027 school year. These positions offer the opportunity to work with K-12 students across within a supportive and collaborative educational environment. 

Position Details

* Full-time, contract position
* 2026–2027 school year
* School-based setting
* Autism-focused caseload
* Supportive multidisciplinary team environment

Responsibilities
* Provide occupational therapy services to students with autism and related disabilities
* Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
* Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, behavior teams, and families
* Support sensory regulation, fine motor development, self-help skills, classroom participation, and functional independence
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning

Qualifications
Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active state OT license
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder strongly preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of sensory integration strategies
* Experience supporting neurodiverse learners
* Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
* Familiarity with school-based documentation and IEP processes
