Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Pennsylvania OT licensure (proof required)
• At least 1 year of occupational therapy experience in a school setting; this is not an entry-level opportunity
• Strong understanding of pediatric interventions, particularly within preschool populations
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with education, support staff, and families
• Experience supporting students on the autism spectrum preferred
• Committed to maintaining compliance with all state and local regulations

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group OT services to preschool students, focusing on functional skills development
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff within the early learning center to support classroom objectives
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with program and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing communication with families
• Remain on-site with no travel required for coverage, exclusively serving students within the center
