Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
  • Ability to develop and implement therapeutic interventions tailored for school-aged children
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working alongside educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with varying needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote student participation in academic and social activities
  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuing education requirements
