Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Ability to develop and implement therapeutic interventions tailored for school-aged children
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working alongside educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with varying needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote student participation in academic and social activities
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
