As an on-site occupational therapist, you’ll provide expert services to students, utilizing your skills in teletherapy when needed. This role is focused on empowering students to overcome challenges and achieve their educational goals in both traditional and creative ways.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapist license and credentials
• Experience in school-based OT practice required
• Proficiency supporting fine and gross motor skill development
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery preferred
• Background working with COTA and multi-disciplinary teams in school settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to creating positive, solution-focused learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT support both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to optimize care
• Maintain detailed records and document student progress
• Contribute to IEP meetings and planning

The position offers a competitive pay rate of $45-55 per hour, with guaranteed hours for the duration of your contract.
