One opportunity is dedicated to working with elementary-aged students, while details are being finalized for the second role—both require a passion for helping children succeed.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in a school environment
• Strong skills in assessing and addressing fine and gross motor needs
• Familiarity with school-based intervention plans
• Effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and other school staff
• Ability to adapt activities to individual student needs and goals
• OT state licensure (or eligibility) required

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to students, focusing on fine and gross motor development, self-care, and classroom participation
• Administer assessments and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators and families to support learning and inclusion in the classroom setting
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate fully in team meetings and contribute expertise for positive student outcomes
