With a manageable caseload of typically 35-45 students, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference in the lives of children at a formative stage.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active and valid Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience strongly preferred
  • Understanding of IEP processes and documentation standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Collaborative mindset with willingness to work with teachers, staff, and families
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a diverse caseload

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ needs through standardized tools and observation
  • Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans to support students’ participation and performance in the school setting
  • Collaborate with teachers to adapt classroom environments and activities for diverse student needs
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, progress reports, and parent conferences
  • Provide training and resources to support staff and families
  • Maintain appropriate records and ensure compliance with all school and state requirements
