What you’ll bring:

  • Current licensure or certification as an OT or COTA
  • School-based experience preferred, but open to strong pediatric or clinical backgrounds
  • Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the educational team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on therapy to students with a wide range of needs in an in-person school environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educators to support student IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility and progress reports
  • Develop and introduce adaptive strategies to help students maximize learning and participation
  • Track progress, maintain documentation, and communicate student needs effectively
