As a dedicated Occupational Therapist for this assignment, you’ll play a vital role in helping learners access their education and develop key life skills. What you bring:

• Valid OT licensure in California
• Experience providing occupational therapy services in school settings
• Comfort managing a caseload of approximately 35 students
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting students from early childhood through middle school

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering occupational therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and monitoring progress
• Providing direct and consultative services, covering both pull-out and in-class models
• Coordinating with educational teams across two collaborative school environments
• Supporting a diverse student population with a variety of physical, sensory, and developmental needs
• Maintaining thorough records and upholding compliance standards
