• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid California Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interactions with students, families, and staff
• Comfort adapting interventions to meet a wide variety of student needs across multiple grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans to support students’ academic success and participation
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and additional specialists to integrate therapy goals within classroom routines
• Document student progress and prepare timely, accurate reports for IEP meetings and compliance
• Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions to develop effective support strategies for students
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric and educational occupational therapy
