Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in school-based OT, with additional exposure to home health and teletherapy highly regarded
  • Skilled in evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized occupational therapy interventions
  • Strong communication abilities for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility to work with a diverse K-12 population
  • Ability to adapt strategies to meet unique student needs and support IEP goals

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services and interventions for students ages 5-18
  • Serve on IEP teams, conducting thorough assessments and contributing to goal development
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff on strategies to maximize student participation and success
  • Utilize teletherapy tools as needed to expand service reach
  • Support transitions across learning modalities (onsite and remote)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
