Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Demonstrated experience providing OT services in K-12 school environments
• Versatile skills across school-based, teletherapy, and home health OT settings
• Ability to develop and implement customized therapy plans
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Adaptability for supporting students with diverse needs
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary educational team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students according to IEP goals
• Utilize a variety of delivery models, including in-person, virtual, and home settings
• Assess students’ needs and progress, updating plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for services provided
• Collaborate with educators and parents to promote student success in the classroom and beyond
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional input
• Provide training or resources to staff and families when needed
