Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Demonstrated experience providing OT services in K-12 school environments
- Versatile skills across school-based, teletherapy, and home health OT settings
- Ability to develop and implement customized therapy plans
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Adaptability for supporting students with diverse needs
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students according to IEP goals
- Utilize a variety of delivery models, including in-person, virtual, and home settings
- Assess students’ needs and progress, updating plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for services provided
- Collaborate with educators and parents to promote student success in the classroom and beyond
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional input
- Provide training or resources to staff and families when needed
