This full-time, onsite role offers you the chance to make a daily impact across multiple school sites and collaborate with a team dedicated to student growth and well-being. You’ll work in an itinerant capacity, utilizing your expertise to help children reach their fullest potential within vibrant educational communities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Recent experience supporting children in school-based settings
  • Strong understanding of diverse student needs, including sensory, motor, and adaptive challenges
  • Ability to develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists
  • Experience managing a caseload in an itinerant role is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services to students across multiple campuses
  • Administer assessments and interpret results to inform intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
  • Educate staff and families on OT strategies for use in classrooms and at home
  • Travel between assigned school sites as part of a cohesive therapy team
