Desired Background and Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting highly preferred
• Familiarity with supporting students ages Pre-K through elementary
• Ability to develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual needs
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, focusing on fine motor, sensory integration, and adaptive skills
• Work closely with educators and special education teams to provide consultative support and strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP compliance
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative planning
• Adapt interventions to meet each student’s unique abilities and goals
