What you’ll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current Occupational Therapist license for the state
  • NBCOT certification (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Role responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans to address students’ unique needs
  • Deliver both direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain diligent documentation and provide progress updates
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise for goal setting and adaptations
  • Recommend adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and intervention strategies
  • Continually monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans for the best results
