Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of California
• Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to design and implement effective therapy interventions for children and adolescents
• Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance with special education regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ functional abilities and needs within the educational environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
• Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives
