Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapist license in California
• NBCOT certification preferred
• School-based or pediatric experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assess students and create individualized occupational therapy plans
• Deliver direct/indirect OT services aligned with student IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Document and report student progress, participate in IEP meetings
• Recommend adaptive equipment and classroom strategies
• Adjust intervention strategies based on ongoing student evaluation
