What You’ll Bring:

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support student learning and participation
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students K-8
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement IEPs and adapt classroom environments
  • Document progress and maintain thorough records to ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Offer training, guidance, and resources to staff and families on strategies that enhance students’ functional independence
  • Actively participate in district and school meetings, supporting a culture of inclusion and student-centered advocacy
