Key Qualifications/Experience:

  • Active and valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license in Maryland
  • Previous experience providing therapy in school-based settings

  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and flexibly adapt therapy plans

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for students requiring OT services
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living skills
  • Implement direct therapy in classroom and one-on-one settings
  • Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document all sessions according to district guidelines
  • Consult with educators and families to ensure strategies are supported across school and home environments
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP planning and reviews
