Make a difference in students' lives as a school-based Occupational Therapist in a close-knit educational community near Ocean Shores, WA. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is available for the entire 2026-2027 school year, with a consistent 37.5 hour workweek. You'll provide vital OT services directly to students, supporting their unique needs and partnering closely with teachers and families.

What we're looking for:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license in Washington
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in school-based OT
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Capacity to work onsite throughout the school year
  • Ability to adapt interventions to support student-specific IEP goals
  • Strong organizational skills and professionalism

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering OT evaluations, interventions, and consultative services to students
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on IEP requirements
  • Working with educators, families, and other support staff to ensure optimal student outcomes
  • Documenting progress, participating in IEP meetings, and maintaining clear records
  • Promoting independence and skill-building in motor, sensory, and daily living areas
  • Supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
