Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license and certification.
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload of approximately 80 elementary-aged students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with developing IEPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Capable of adapting and traveling between school sites as needed.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions to students from diverse backgrounds.
• Assess student needs, set goals, and document progress throughout the school year.
• Work closely with educators and families to ensure effective integration of therapy into student learning.
• Contribute to IEP meetings and help develop tailored strategies that address students’ specific challenges.
• Travel between multiple elementary schools to manage caseload and deliver consistent support.
