Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for Delaware or
• Delaware COTA license (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)
• School-based OT/COTA experience is desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering growth, independence, and access for students with diverse needs

Your Role:

• Deliver occupational therapy services within the educational setting to help students achieve IEP goals
• Assess students’ needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success and integrate therapy into daily routines
• Maintain accurate records, IEP documentation, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions
• Provide consultative services and support to the school community as needed
