Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current OT licensure (or eligibility) in Delaware
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Experience supporting ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) populations is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students onsite
- Conduct evaluations and assessments according to best practices
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document progress and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Support students in an ASD classroom environment
