Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license, or eligibility to obtain one, in Kansas
  • Previous experience in a school-based pediatric OT setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and educational best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and support multiple school sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized and group therapy plans for elementary students across five campuses
  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ unique needs and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success
  • Document services and contribute to students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Offer consultative support for classroom modifications and teacher strategies that foster inclusion and participation
