Key Qualifications:

  • Current OT license in Kansas (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Dedication to supporting diverse student needs through individualized therapy plans

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for students, developing tailored treatment goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services per IEPs/504s
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure holistic student support
  • Maintain timely records and document progress in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to student assessments, and provide expertise in adaptive techniques and classroom modifications
