Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state OT license (or eligibility to obtain before starting)
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs and special education compliance
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Adaptable, team-oriented attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student goals
• Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide consultation and resources to educational staff and families
• Assist with adaptation of classroom environments to maximize student participation
